Melt in Microwave:
3 cubes margarine (1 1/2 cups)
3 Tablespoons cocoa
3 Teaspoons vanilla
Add:
3 cups sugar
3 heaping cups flour
6 large eggs
Mix well and spread into (2) 9 x 13 greased pans or one greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
Frosting:
1/2 cup margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2-3 Tablespoons milk or enough for spreading consistency.
These are better the next day.
