We are happy to announce that we are back from our trip to Europe, and we brought a great missionary home with us! Jonathan seems to be adjusting very well to the less-structured lifestyle, and he is staying busy with friends, visiting the missionaries, attending the temple, and attending his mission reunion. Some of his friends made this welcome home banner. Didn't they do a great job?
This was his "welcome party" at the airport. Emmy held up her little sign and even gave him a hug. Jonathan was surprised to see how much she had grown. He was also happy to be back on American soil after two years.Our trip to Europe was amazing and we have much to share. Now that you have "read" the last page of our saga, we want to start at the beginning and share a little each day or so. Bob took a lot of pictures (understatement!) and Diane tried to record each day's events in her journal. We'll try to put the two together and share our adventure with you.
